Chao Lee
Chao Lee is the founder of Intuvie Holdings, LLC. and all of the affiliate companies. He’s a natural entrepreneur who strives to innovate within the medical device industry through his software engineering expertise and extensive experience working in the medical device and healthcare industry. Before he founded his companies, he served as the director of technology at Haemonetics and director of the R&D at PatientKeeper.
Chao received his master’s degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Tom McCurdy
Tom McCurdy has extensive sales and leadership experience in developing successful, competent teams and building and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate profitable growth. Most recently, he served as the VP of sales of Varian Medical and general manager at Healthcare PDI Inc. Previously, he led the global plasma market at Haemonetics.
He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Gettysburg College.

Tom Howe
Tom Howe is a finance expert with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting in the medical device industry. He’s passionate about driving collaborative and rapid process improvements in finance teams. Most recently, he served as corporate controller at Covaris and Chief Accounting Officer at SMC, Ltd. Previously, he was the director of finance for the medical device market at Nypro Healthcare.
He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Brock University and certification in management accounting from the Society of Management Accountants.

Lorraine M. Hanley
Lorraine Hanley’s career has been spent developing and executing domestic and international regulatory strategies in multiple devices and drug/device platforms. Most recently, she worked as a regulatory strategy consultant. Previously, she served as the VP of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Merit Medical—which acquired Vascular Insights, a start-up company where she also served as the VP of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs.
She received her bachelor's degree in business management and management information systems (MIS) from Northeastern University and master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Suffolk University.

Chris Crowley
Chris Crowley is a business and technology leader with extensive experience in information technology and digital security. His expertise lies in digital transformation with experience in creating collaborative changes to optimize profit and process internally, as well as for business partners. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Profit Isle and was the founder of K&C Consulting. Prior to that, he was the Chief Information Officer at Autopart International.
He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and master’s degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Randy Lanier
Randy Lanier has more than 25 years of engineering experience including hardware development, software development, systems engineering, sustaining engineering, and software quality assurance. Most recently, he was the VP of Engineering at SoClean. Prior to that, he worked as the Director of Research and Development for the surgical robotics division at Medtronic and spent 12 years as Lead System Engineer at DEKA Research and Development.
He received his bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from Texas A&M University and master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston.

Greg Varney
Greg Varney leads our supply chain and logistics functions, as he has done throughout his career. Most recently, he served as the Director of Manufacturing at Boston Industrial Consulting and VP of Business Transformation at Euro-Pro. Previously, he was the Director of Global Planning, Logistics, & Compliance at Satcon Technology Corporation.
He received his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and master’s degree in management science and manufacturing Engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Fred Lee
Fred Lee serves as Director of Product Management at Intuvie. He’s passionate about creating unique product experiences for patients by focusing on simplicity and user-friendliness. He's been responsible for successfully launching ambulatory pumps in various healthcare markets. Previously, he worked as a software engineer at Tyler Technologies.
He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Brian Gard
Brian Gard has over 20 years of experience in medical device quality and regulatory organizations. Previously, he served as Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Philips Medical and Quality and Regulatory Manager at EHOB. Prior to that, he was a Quality and Regulatory Manager at Kimball Electronics. Brian also had an extensive career in the automotive industry as quality assurance leader.
He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Indiana State University and Six Sigma Black Belt from Xavier University.

Keith Templeton
Keith currently serves as General Manager of Care Everywhere where he leverages over 30 years of medical device and healthcare product management experience. Previously, he worked as the VP of Product Management at Drager Medical and prior to that, as Senior Product Manager of the Agilent division at Hewlett-Packard Co.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York Plattsburgh.

Meet the medical advisory board
Dr. Hopkins is a board-certified Anesthesiologist specializing in pain medicine at Duke University and its affiliates in North Carolina. He obtained advanced degrees in clinical informatics for business administration and physician executive leadership, as well as international experience speaking, writing, and leading quality, clinical informatics, and value-based care initiatives.
Dr. Stagg is a Hematology and Oncology Specialist in Baton Rouge, LA and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
